New Dashboard – Get a Quick Snapshot of your Conversion Rates

Today we released a new version of our dashboard. The update includes a new snapshot of your conversion rates and sales pipeline. You can now see in an instance how sales teams are performing.
All metrics can be switched between viewing for “All leads” that includes those leads assigned to yourself and any the belong to your sales teams or just for your own leads. From this you get a snapashot of the following
Open Leads
For the period shown on the left which by default is 90 days, this is the percentage of leads issued in that period that still remain open. By open this is all leads that have not been closed because a sales was made or the lead lost.
Conversion rate of Leads to Opportunities
By measuring the percentage of leads that convert to opportunity status, you get an understanding of lead quality and how well your sales teams are at moving new leads through the pipeline.
Win Rate
Simply put this is how well you are doing. Based on the number of leads during the period that you convert to sale, this rate is a key metric where even a small improvement can result in a big difference to your bottom line.
Current Pipeline Value
For all the open leads in your pipeline, this represents the total value at this moment in time. It gives you an idea of what the potential of your leads are. This a useful metric to ensure that at all times there are enough leads of suitable value to reach your targets.
