Keeping on top of your Lead Activity – New Activity Report Delivered to your Inbox

We are introducing a new weekly activity report. This is in the form of an email sent to users every week (feedback from customers suggested weekly was best as their inboxes are already over flowing but if you feel you would benefit from it more frequently let us know).
Your Status and Activity

This is an overview aggregating your current activity and status. It shows the number of currently open leads, how many have been lost in the last 7 days and how many sales achieved in the last 7days. The Pipeline Activity section provides a summary of open leads and at which pipeline stage they are at. This gives you an understanding of what potential you have in the pipeline and a guide to where you may need to focus your attention. Report - Weekly Lead Activity Email Team Status and Activity

If you have users reporting into yourself directly or indirectly then this constitutes your Team. The data provided here is similar in format as shown for your own assigned leads but obviously just applied to your teams leads. Report - Weekly Team Lead Activity Email The Summary gives you a high level insight into your Lead statistics and activity but is only the start of the information and insight that is available to you. When logged into to B12Leads if you go to the Reports menu you will find detailed reports many of which have drill down functionality to see how your team or individuals are performing. these include the following:

Lead Reporting - User Activity User Activity

Analysis of the leads each user has been issued in the selected period, Completed in the selected period and lost in the selected period.

Lead Reporting - Pipeline Activity
Pipeline Analysis by User

Analysis of the leads and opportunities each user has at each pipeline stage.
Lead Reporting - Lost Leads Lost Analysis

Analysis of the reasons why leads and opportunities have been lost in each of the last 12 months.

Lead Reporting - Aging Lead and Opportunity Aging Report

Analysis of the age of each users open leads and opportunities.

Lead Reporting - Lead Source
Source Performance
Analysis of the performance of each of the lead sources within a selected period.
