Selecting the Leads you want to work on. Mirroring modern lead flow, your leads are automatically designated as either Leads or Opportunities based on their stage in your customized pipeline.

The Lead tab and the Opportunity tab both provide filters so you can generate summary lists of the leads you want to work on. Then just click on any lead for a detailed view.
With one click, convert leads to opportunities or simply close leads that require no further action.
If the Lead needs re-assigning to a different person there is even a simple option for this.

| Following up Leads. We know that not all leads will close straight away. Leads can take between 5 -7 conversations to reach an outcome, so we have provided tools to assist Follow-up, and add To Do’s and Notes. | ||||

With a full view of the contact, you have all the details captured about the lead, and any further information they provided. This means you are as prepared and knowledgeable as can be when you follow-up and initiate the sale process.Schedule multiple To Do’s for further actions and you will be reminded by email when they become due.

When the lead is ready to convert just mark as Sold with the date and then no further action are required.Again we realize not all leads will convert successfully but it is important to know why you lose deals. When you mark a lead as lost you can provide a reason why and then at a later date see if there are common reasons that can be addressed. | |||
