Getting Started with B12Leads

Using B12Leads is straightforward, we have designed to reflect the work flow of distributing and following up leads with out getting side tracked on tasks that don’t help you close more leads faster.

When you signed up we provided some sample leads to get a feel for the system, but to get a more personal feel please have a look at these simple tips to get started.

Setting up Users and your Teams  

You can add users through the set up menu or alternatively simply set them up as and when you need to from within the app where ever you see the reassign option. 

To quickly set up multiple users that you may have in a spreadsheet, there is an import option via set up/ Users.

All Users will receive log in details and instructions once you have added them via email.

Adding Contacts and Leads

Just click on the Add Lead/ or Import File buttons on your dashboard.

The import wizard makes it easy for anyone to quickly import leads into your app in just 3 steps: Select file, Map fields, then select additional options as to how you would like to handle the file.

To feed leads directly from your website why not use use the landing / registration page (orAPI) available through the set up menu. Leads are automatically added and distributed to your users.

Assign Leads

The chances are you assigned your leads to the appropriate user when you added them.

You can assign and reassign any leads from the lead tab, opportunity tab or for mass reassignments go to the set up menu.When you are ready you can set up rules to automatically assign new leads.

Once you are up and running your dashboard will give you an overview of what is going on. For more in depth analysis just ho to the Reports tab. All reports are generated dynamically in real time so you really should have all the info you need.
