    Account Owner

    The sole user that has overall control of the set up and management of B12 Leads. They are the only user who has access to the Set Up section. The Account Owner can change the Account Owner by going to the Account Details page in the Set Up section and selecting the Change Owner button.

    Leads that have either been moved by the user to either stage Lost Lead or Sale/ Complete

    Drill Down Reports

    Many of the Reports that show user performance or activity have a Drill Down view. The drill down view reflects your user reporting structure so you can see how well a user and their team has performed and then drill down to see lower levels.

    Feedback Questions

    The Lead Owner is the user who has been assigned to follow up the lead.

    Lead Rules

    Lead rules to automatically assign a lead to a user based on one or more criteria e.g. location, company, product or even lack of telephone number. You can combine the criteria to make a single rule. User can have more than rule and you can prioritize the order of your rules. You decide when you add a lead or file whether to use your lead rules or override them.

    Lead Source

    A Lead Source is a description of where the lead came from e.g. a bought in list, a marketing campaign or exhibition.

    Leads and Opportunities.

    To help you separate new leads from the leads you are actively working on new leads are categorised as Leads. Once you have moved them along your pipeline they are termed Opportunities.

    Lost Lead

    A lead that the user has decided to stop following up for whatever reason. When labelling a lead as lost the user is prompted to provide a reason why - see Lost Lead Reasons.

    Lost Lead Reasons

    When a user decides a lead/ opportunity no longer warrants being followed up they can mark the lead as lost. When a user marks a lead as lost they are required to select a "lost reason". The available lost reasons are set up by the account owner and examples might be, "bought from a competitor", "no immediate need", "time waster", "competitor"" or "unable to contact". One of the real time reports analyses why you are losing leads.

    Notes

    Simply write your notes into the notes tab on a lead and they will be automatically saved for future reference.

    Pipeline

    Your pipeline reflects the various steps involved in converting a fresh lead. B12 allows your account owner to set up a pipeline that best reflects your sales process. You can keep each of your leads up to date by selecting the appropriate pipeline stage from either the Lead or Opportunity list pages or from the Contact details page. You can use the pipeline filters on the opportunity list page to quickly view all your leads at a particular stage. There is also a report on your pipeline.

    Reassign Leads

    Moving leads from one user to another user. This could be from yourself to one of your team or back to your manager.
    The Account Owner can bulk reassign leads between users.

    Registration page

    B12Leads comes with an easy to use registration page, that can be quickly customized to meet your needs. Simply direct your enquirers to the page nd once they have completed it they will be seamlessly returned to a site/ page of your choosing.
    Alternatively you can generate an API to embed in your own pages.

    Returned Leads

    Users have the ability to return leads to their manager, which they feel they have received in error. They are able to write notes as to why they are returning the lead.

    To Dos

    Things you need to do with respect to a particular lead. You can set up a To Do with a date and time. Each day you will receive an email detailing your To Dos that are becoming due.

    Teams

    When a user is set up they can be assigned a manager. By assigning a number of users to a single manager creates a team for that manager. B12 Leads allows a complete organisational hierarchy to be created by allowing users to report to users who in turn report to other users.
