How long does it take to get B12 Leads live for my business?
You can be up and running with B12 Leads in the time it takes you to set up your users. You could set up 5 users in less than 5mins! To add further customization for your business is straightforward but not a pre requisite. Remember you can always amend your set up to meet your changing needs.

What is an account owner? How can I change the account owner on my account?
Each Account has one Account Owner. The Account Owner has overall control of the set up and management of B12 Leads. They are the only user who has access to the Set Up section. The Account Owner can change the Account Owner by going to the Account Details page in the Set Up section and selecting the Change Owner button.

Adding users.
The Account Owner can add users as required. We have designed B12 Leads so you do not have to interrupt your work flow. Users can be added in the following places:
- The Set Up section - Users.
- While adding a lead - select add new user from the user drop down list.
- Import process - select add new user from the user drop down when mapping users in a file to users on your system
- When assign a lead in Lead tab or when viewing a lead select add new user from the user drop down -
Can everyone see everyone else? Can I hide contact information from other people?
A user can only see the leads assigned to them and the leads assigned to any users reporting to them. So a manager can see the leads of their team, but the team can not see their manager's leads.

What is meant by teams and How do I Assign users to a team?
When a user is set up they can be assigned a manager. By assigning a number of users to a single manager creates a team for that manager. B12 Leads allows a complete organisational hierarchy to be created by allowing users to report to users who in turn report to other users.

How quickly can I bar a user from the system?
The Lead Owner can immediately bar a user from the system by clicking the bar user check box on the users details. Go to the Set Up, select Users and then select the particular user to bar. Barring the user immediately stops their access and gives you time to reassign their leads and remove them from your leads rules. Once that is done you can delete the user.

Who can set up new users?
Only the Account Owner can set up new users.

How do I change my password?
Pressing the set up link will open your profile where you can change your password. If you are the account owner you need to select the My Profile option in the set up menu.

What are lead pipeline stages?
The pipeline stages are set up to reflect the various stages a typical lead goes through from start to finish. As no two businesses are the same you can customize them to match your specific needs.
You can have up to 7 Pipeline stages. The simplest set up would be to have just a choice of 3 stages New Lead, Opportunity and then Sale/Lost. Or a more sophisticated pipeline might have New Lead, Meeting, Opportunity, Proposal, Quote, Sale/Lost. You have the option of adding a likelihood of success against each pipeline stage. -
Can I amend our pipeline.?
Yes. The account owner can amend the pipeline at any time. They can add stages (up to the limit), delete stages, replaces stages and amend the probabilities.

What are lost lead reasons?
When a user decides a lead/ opportunity no longer warrants being followed up they can mark the lead as lost. When a user marks a lead as lost they are required to select a "lost reason". The available lost reasons are set up by you and examples might be, "bought from a competitor", "no immediate need", "time waster", "competitor" or "unable to contact". One of your reports analyses why you are losing leads. You can delete lost leads through the Lead management interface.

Registration page.
B12Leads comes with an easy to use web registration page, that can be quickly customized to meet your needs. Simply direct your enquirers to the page and once they have completed it they will be seamlessly returned to a site/ page of your choosing.
Alternatively you can generate an API to embed in your own pages.
The leads collected from this page is seamlessly added to the application. -
Assignment rules.
It is easy to set up rules to automatically assign new leads to the most appropriate user. The rules can be based on one or more criteria e.g. Location, Account, Product etc. as well as, for example, leads missing telephone numbers being assigned to a user to find the number. Users can have more than one rule associated with them and to add additional flexibility you can prioritize your rules. One option is to mix lead rules with manual assignment - have leads meeting certain criteria assigned to a user who then makes the decision assigns them as they choose.

Can I add my own Feedback Questions?
Yes. Feedback questions are a valuable way of gathering lead qualifying information from your sales team with regard to the leads.
The account owner can add and delete feedback questions for users to answer about each of the leads you assign to them. To set up or amend you feedback questions go to the set up section. A useful feature of feedback questions is that instead of deleting them (which would result in losing all the valuable answers you have gathered) you can archive the questions or their answers. Finally, you can make certain feedback questions compulsory and control the order they are displayed. -
Can I install B12 Leads on my own server?
No. B12 leads is only offered on our servers.

Can you customize B12 Leads for us?
Yes. The B12 Team is available to support you, The set up process is very simple but if you have questions feel free to contact us.
Alternatively if you want us to undertake the set up on your behalf then we can provide a quote - are charges are very reasonable. -
How do I change the currency?
The Account Owner can go to the Account Details page in the Set Up section and select a new currency in the Client Details section.

How do I change the time zone?
Standard users can amend their time zone through their set up. Account owners need to go to My Profile under the set up menu.

Can I be a user on more than one account?
Yes. There are 2 ways they can do this.
a) Use a different username/ email address for each account
b) If they want to use the same email address they will need to have a different password for each account.
