Lead Tracking and Reporting.
B12 Leads provides a full suite of reports to help you manage your users. There is no need to build the reports, just select the report you want and it will be generated immediately. You can then change the parameters of the report by using the on screen drop down lists.

What data does each user see?
The information displayed in the reports is based on the leads assigned to a user and any other users reporting into them (so they can manage their team). They are not given access to the reports on other users outside their team.

What are Drill Down Reports?
Many of the Reports that show user performance or activity have a Drill Down view. The drill down view reflects your user reporting structure so you can see how well a user and their team has performed and then drill down to see lower levels.

Can I monitor what my users are doing?
B12 Leads gives you a full selection of reports to allow you to see how your users are doing in real time. They include:
- User Activity Report - Displaying a user's activity during a particular period (selected by you).
- Sales Analysis - A breakdown of the sales made by each user during a particular period.
- Pipeline Analysis - Displaying the number and value of leads the user has at each pipeline stage.
- Lead Aging Reports - Immediately tells you how old your users leads are/ how quickly they are following them up. -
Does B12 Leads tell me the value of my pipeline and can it take into account the likelihood of achieving these sales?
Yes, one of the most powerful features of B12 Leads is that once your users have entered the estimated value of a lead you will have a real time estimate of the total value of all the open leads/ your pipeline. And it gets better. B12 Leads allows you to attribute a likelihood of conversion to each of your pipeline stages and automatically calculates the likely value of your open leads/ pipeline based on these probabilities.

What reports are available in B12 Leads?
User Activity - Analysis of the leads each user has been issued converted and lost in a selected period.
Sales Analysis by User - Analysis of the sales each user has converted in each of the last 12 months.
Pipeline Analysis by User - Analysis of the leads each user has at each pipeline stage.
Lead Status Analysis by User - Analysis of the current status of the leads issued to each user within a selected period.
Lost Lead Analysis - Analysis of the reasons why leads have been lost in each of the last 12 months.
Open Lead Aging by User - Analysis of the age of each users open leads.
Source Performance - Analysis of the performance of each of the lead sources within a selected period.
Sales List by User - List of each users sales within a selected period.
Feedback Question Analysis - Analysis of the answers to the feedback questions within a selected period and by source.

Can I write my own reports?
The reports provided in B12 Leads are designed to provide a quick analysis of your leads. If you want to undertake further analysis all you need do is export your leads to Microsoft Excel for unlimited reporting. Alternatively, for a small fee we can set up custom reports which will be added to your reports section.
